Trust overview

What MySafe claims now, and what it does not claim yet.

MySafe is a controlled document workflow product for organizations. It is designed to support access control, version history, and audit evidence in a guided pilot. This page is intentionally narrow: it explains the current trust boundary in product terms rather than speculative platform language.

Organization isolation

MySafe is designed around explicit organizational scope rather than a single shared file pool.

Explicit version history

New uploads become new versions instead of silently replacing an existing document payload.

Controlled lifecycle

Archive, unarchive, and delete are visible product actions rather than hidden storage side effects.

Audit visibility

The product surfaces workflow visibility where the current UI and backend contract already support it.

Document access model

MySafe is designed around organization-scoped document access. A document uploaded into one organization workspace is not visible to other organizations.

Access is not based on a shared generic folder. Read access is granted to named users within the organization. A controlled link is the exception: it needs an approved request, and anyone who has the link can open it until it expires or is revoked.

The organization that uploads and manages the document remains responsible for deciding who should have access, why access is needed, and when access should be reviewed or removed. Depending on the pilot setup, that decision sits with the workspace owner or an approved organization-side decision-maker. MySafe’s role is to support controlled handling: clear document state, version history, access boundaries, and audit visibility.

External access is not assumed by default. Where external access is required for a pilot workflow, it should be explicitly scoped before use: who receives access, which document or workflow is involved, why access is needed, and when that access should end or be reviewed.

This supports data protection principles such as controlled access, security, accountability, and storage limitation without treating MySafe as a substitute for the organization’s own legal or compliance obligations.

What is supported now

  • invited sign-in for approved access
  • organization creation
  • organization-scoped document upload
  • new document versions and current-version visibility
  • lifecycle transitions such as archive and unarchive
  • access grant, revoke, and Shared with me
  • controlled links: a request, approval by a different owner or admin account, a separate step that issues the link, and revoke
  • bounded document review requests
  • audit visibility for document and workflow activity

What should not be assumed yet

  • full matter or pack management end-user UI
  • enterprise DMS replacement
  • broad migration tooling
  • deep third-party integrations
  • full enterprise records-management scope
  • open self-serve signup or unrestricted public self-service rollout
  • readiness to hold a client's real documents

Pilots use synthetic or public documents. A client's real documents are used only after MySafe's readiness review for real data is complete and MySafe has confirmed in writing for that pilot. That review includes backup and restore, data deletion, monitoring, account protection, an independent security review, incident procedures, and legal review of the privacy notice and pilot terms. It is not complete yet, and we do not give a date for it. The product does not block uploads, so please do not upload real documents until you have that written confirmation.

Founding Access is invite-only and free: taking part in the pilot costs nothing. Any paid continuation needs a separate written agreement. No card is required, and there is no automatic charge or automatic move to a paid plan. Public signup remains closed: request → review → invitation via info@mysafeflow.com or the request-access form.

Continue with the bounded path.

Submit an access request. We review it and, if suitable, send an onboarding invitation. Existing users can sign in.
